- Dates: 28 & 29 November 2026
- Venue: National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), Surathkal, Mangaluru
About the event
Hamfest India is the yearly meeting point of the Indian amateur radio community, bringing together everyone from seasoned operators to first-time newcomers. For over a decade it has been the place where hams across the country come to share knowledge, show off new ideas, and strengthen the bonds that make this hobby what it is. Expect technical talks, hands-on workshops, equipment on display, and plenty of eyeball QSOs with friends old and new.
Who’s organising it
Hamfest India 2026 is being jointly hosted by three clubs:
- NITK Surathkal Amateur Radio Club — VU2REC
- Mangalore Amateur Radio Club (MARC) — VU2RDO
- MIT Ham Club — VU2MHC
